This mission has taken us far beyond our home base, reaching into communities across continents where passionate church leaders are hungry for resources, training, and encouragement. NLW International focuses on three primary groups: pastors who shepherd their flocks, worship leaders who guide congregational praise, and children's workers who shape the next generation of believers.

The beautiful thing about this ministry is that it's not about exporting American church culture or imposing our way of doing things. Instead, it's about sharing biblical principles of worship that transcend cultural boundaries and helping local leaders discover how God wants to work uniquely in their communities.

When we talk about global impact, we're not throwing around impressive statistics just to sound good. We're talking about real people whose lives and ministries are being transformed through the work of NLW International.

Picture this: In remote villages of Bangladesh, pastors are gathering to learn about spiritual leadership and authentic worship. Many of these leaders have been faithfully serving their communities with limited resources and little formal training. When NLW International comes alongside them, it's not just about teaching new songs or worship techniques, it's about helping them understand the biblical foundations of praise and how to create environments where their congregations can encounter God in powerful ways.

In the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe, worship leaders are discovering that their calling goes far beyond leading music. Through intensive leadership schools, they're learning how to disciple others, how to handle conflict with grace, and how to create worship experiences that connect with both traditional and contemporary expressions of faith.

The impact doesn't stop there. In Germany, a country with rich Christian history but modern spiritual challenges, conferences are helping church leaders rediscover the joy and power of biblical worship. These aren't just feel-good seminars, they're intensive training experiences that equip leaders to return to their churches with fresh vision and practical tools.

Looking Ahead: 2026 Mission Opportunities

We're incredibly excited about what God has in store for 2026. NLW International has already planned several strategic mission initiatives that will reach thousands of church leaders and worshippers across multiple continents.

The year kicks off with a New England Conference in Lunenburg, Massachusetts, where worship leaders, musicians, and pastors will gather for intensive training and encouragement. This domestic mission work is just as crucial as international efforts: American churches need fresh vision and biblical grounding just as much as churches anywhere else.

Then the international impact really accelerates. In July, teams will travel to Kampala, Uganda, for a Mega Intensive Leadership School. Uganda has been experiencing incredible church growth, but many leaders need additional training to shepherd their rapidly expanding congregations effectively. This isn't just about teaching worship techniques: it's about helping leaders understand biblical principles that will serve their churches for generations.

The momentum continues with a similar Mega Intensive Leadership School in Mutare, Zimbabwe, followed by a unique opportunity in Zambia's Copperbelt region. The Life Worship Camp for high school students represents something special: investing in young people who will shape the church's future. These teenagers are eager to understand how faith impacts every area of their lives, and camps like these plant seeds that bear fruit for decades.

Germany's Spiritual Leadership Conference in Leipzig offers a different but equally important opportunity. In a culture where traditional Christianity faces significant challenges, this conference will help church leaders discover how authentic, biblical worship can break through cultural barriers and speak to hearts hungry for truth.

The year concludes with what might be the most challenging and rewarding mission of all: rural Bangladesh. This Spiritual Leadership Conference will reach areas where Christian resources are scarce and believers often face significant obstacles. The courage and faith of Bangladeshi Christians is inspiring, and supporting their leaders with training and encouragement is both a privilege and a responsibility.
