Casting Crowns wins 2nd American Music Award!
On Sunday night, November 20, Platinum-selling, five-time Gospel Music Association Group of the Year, Casting Crowns added another honor to its list of accolades with a 2011 American Music Award. The band won for “Favorite Artist” in the Contemporary Inspirational category and it was announced during a live 
broadcast of the 39th annual AMAs on ABC.
Casting Crowns is currently promoting our new Bible study, Pure Praise for Youth, at all their Come to the Well tour concerts. Mark Hall, lead singer of Casting Crowns, has partnered with Dwayne Moore, author of Pure Praise for Youth, to produce and promote the 6-week Bible study for Christian youth groups. Mark wrote the foreword for Pure Praise for Youth, and he appears on the 6-week companion video series DVD as a co-teacher with Dwayne.
