Dr. Herb Armentrout

Herb currently serves as the Traditional Worship Pastor at Broadmoor Baptist Church where he has been on staff for 23 years. He has been in full time music ministry for 38 years. He also gives leadership to the Louisiana Baptist Singing Men. He enjoys teaching about worship and has worked with New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Louisiana Christian University as an adjunct professor. He has a stunningly attractive wife, Jana, and 3 grown children (all married) and 3 highly intelligent grandchildren. Herb got involved with Next Level Worship and number of years ago following a conversation with a friend of Dwayne Moore and subsequent reading of Dwayne’s book “Pure Praise”. He has taught at Worship Conferences 2 times in Kenya and once in Zimbabwe. He has enjoyed mentoring relationships with 5 African worship pastors over the years. These men have been a great source of blessing. Next Level Worship partnership has been a tremendous source of joy and encouragement to him.
