Jon McCord

I serve as the Pastor of Worship and Media at Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville, MD. I have been blessed to serve in many different positions in my time in ministry from bass player to tech guru to music director to worship pastor. God has used my time in full time ministry to continue to teach me the different ways that He wants to use me to help others use their gifts in worship ministry. It has been a journey that is encapsulated in by Romans 12:1-2, that our lives are acts of worship, regardless of what we are doing! I have had the joy of getting to know Dwayne Moore and NLW through my studies in seminary at Liberty. I then had the opportunity to get to know him personally through my time as music director at The Pointe in Fort Wayne, IN. My NLW journey continued as I walked through their coaching phases and continues as I serve here in Maryland where Pure Praise has become an integral part of those that serve in our worship ministry.
