Description
This payment page is for team member FLIGHTS and FEES for the 2023 mission trips to Uganda and Zimbabwe.
- The total fee amount is $1699 per individual. The group rate for 5 or more is $1399 per person. This amount covers your expenses in Uganda or Zimbabwe, including meals, lodging, and in-country transportation.
- The team fee does NOT include COVID tests, your visa into the country, sightseeing, or any souvenirs and snacks you purchase. You will need bring extra money to pay for those.
- NOTE: Your flight costs MUST be paid before we can book your flight. Your entire team fee MUST be paid BEFORE we leave for the trip.

Uganda Mission Trip Payment Schedule:
Deposit due April 15 – $500 deposit and Mission Application due
Flight cost due May 15 – Full cost of flights and Medical Information Form due
Fee balance due July 15 – Full balance of flight due PLUS full balance of team fee due
Zimbabwe Mission Trip Payment Schedule:
Deposit due April 15 – $500 deposit and Mission Application due
Flight cost due May 15 – Full cost of flights and Medical Information Form due
Fee balance due August 1 – Full balance of flight due PLUS full balance of team fee due
