influence phase
This phase focuses on one’s own personal leadership and growth. Topics include characteristics and habits of effective leaders and skills needed to lead a worship ministry and church in worship.

INFLUENCE Phase
INFLUENCE Phase Leadership Coaching with Dwayne Moore
Purpose of coaching:
- To equip and challenge worship leaders and pastors to grow in the areas of worship theology, leadership, and skill
- To help them lead their teams and congregations to become true, whole-life worshipers of God.
Who can attend:
This course focuses on worship leadership within the local church. Full-time or part-time worship leaders are welcome, along with pastors and other church leaders.
Highlights:
- A graduation certificate is awarded when all 3 phases of coaching are complete.
- Each class session is 1.5 hours in length. Dwayne teaches 60-70% of the classes.
- Guest teachers teach some of the classes.
- Emphasis of the INFLUENCE Phase is on personal growth
What’s expected:
- 10 sessions with a total of 15 contact hours
- 2 book reviews
- Customized Personal Growth Plan
- Final Assessment

This phase focuses on how to lead your worship team and staff. Topics include how to grow your musicians spiritually and musically, having proper platform presence, rehearsal techniques and more.

Purpose of coaching:
- To equip and challenge worship leaders and pastors to grow in the areas of worship theology, leadership, and skill

how it works
- Sessions typically meet weekly on Tuesdays from 10:00AM to 11:30PM US Central (Chicago) time.
- Sessions are interactive and online via Zoom, therefore a computer or a smartphone is required for participation.
- Coaching student expectations include weekly engagement, reading two books, and completing an end of course reflection.
- Cost is $399 per phase or $999 for all 3 phases. (Financial assistance available for those who qualify.)
